We are constantly working with development of products with higher heat transfer efficiency and higher groundwater protection. We have a number of patents and ongoing patent applications in this field.

Attractive choice for renewable heating and cooling
Ambient heat - used by heat pump technology - can provide both cost efficient heating and cooling to cover the needs of a variety of private and commercial building owners. Current heat pumps have reached a high level of efficiency and are therefore favored as one of the most attractive choices for renewable heating and cooling.
The potential of heat pump systems is confirmed by a recent study of McKinsey & Company (2009) which has shown that reducing consumption of energy in buildings is the least costly way to significantly lower carbon emissions. Ground Source Heat Pumps, GSHP, in particular have been proven capable in substantially reducing the energy use and in producing peak demand in buildings, hence they are considered as a major contribution within the CO2 abatement strategy.
In addition Sweden is one of the most developed countries in the world when it comes to GSHP technology, installations per capita and use of high-tech GSHP solutions for heating and cooling in commercial buildings such as IKEA warehouses and Arlanda Airport.
